The Studios has decided to close our galleries and suspend all public programs and classes through April. This also means the exhibitions slated to open at our First Thursday in April have been postponed. We will do our best to post updates to our schedule as needed. Read a letter from the director.

ReMARCable Dance Project

“Poetry in Motion”
Performed by MARC clients

The ReMARCable Dance Project is an innovative dance program that combines the talents of Dance Key West, Steve Burns (Blue’s Clues, Moth Storyteller, Young Sheldon, STEVENSTEVEN) and MARC, a local non-profit serving adults with developmental disabilities. This exciting program benefits MARC clients by helping them improve coordination, participate in mild physical activity and provide an opportunity for socialization. We believe that artistic expression and physical activity are imperative to good health, and that every creative voice should be nurtured.

For the fifth year in a row, this remarkable group teams up again to learn dance moves, create choreography, perform and have fun! Due to popular demand, the ReMARCable Dance Project has added a second show!

The Monroe Association for ReMARCable Citizens is a nonprofit that serves adult clients who have developmental disabilities (including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and traumatic brain injury sustained prior to age 18),  providing their clients with dignified, compassionate, professional care in a family environment for the duration of their needs.

The ReMARCable Dance Project is an innovative dance program that combines the talents of Dance Key West, Steve Burns and MARC intending to benefit MARC clients all while teaching them how to dance!

Stay on top of things!
