Encourage confidence, release resistance, & embrace process while you put words on the page. These writing sessions will explore stream-of-consciousness journaling, sensory awareness exercises, & a series of writing prompts that will loosen you up, spark your flame, & discover the voice that is truly your own. All genres welcome.
