The frequently-traveled Spain and newly-discovered Portugal are experiencing a rebirth of traditional wines and forgotten grape varieties, with new and innovative approaches. Young wine makers, and traditionalists alike, are creating sustainable, Certified Organic practices in the vineyards and winery industry, resulting in wines that are more natural with less intervention, expressive of the place the vines are grown, matured and harvested.
Explore these Spanish and Portuguese wines with Candela M. Prol, Certified Wine Educator, Diploma in Wines & Spirits, Culinary Arts Degree, Johnson & Wales University. This two-day seminar features new wines each day.
