Like textile design, paperwork allows artists to create their own canvas for creative endeavors. Learn the basics of papercraft and composition by creating one-of-a-kind sheets that can be singular works of art, or can be used as a base for collage. Kostmayer provides guidance on composition and pointers on how to achieve successful results through layering and various ink techniques. Students have the chance to experiment with a variety of stamps, stencils and surfaces.
