Jan 22: Vegetarian cooking part 2- Continuing where we left off last season, this class will incorporate dairy and eggs to make delightful dishes full of flavor!

Feb 12: Culinary Magic- What is foam? Where does nut milk come from? We will make magic in many forms from marshmallows to mayonnaise to mouse.  This is a must see!

Mar 12: Key West Comfort Foods- Guava filled pastries, fish stew, local mangoes and Key West pink shrimp are a few of my favorite things. Join me for a culinary tour of the Keys.

Apr 9: Creative Cocktail Party- Are you missing the fun at your own parties? Here are some delicious easy recipes for make ahead finger foods.

May 14: New American Classics- Are you tired of the same store bought potato, macaroni and cole slaw. We will add some sparkle to traditional sides and pair them with slow cooked ribs and Florida Grass fed beef burgers.
