About the Event

Actor, director & producer Michael Urie visits Key West after his appearances in The Studios first streaming play Smithtown & also as a guest on Between Two Palms. He will present a staged reading of his latest play-in-the-works, “Jane Anger or The Lamentable Comedie of JANE ANGER, that Cunning Woman, and also of Willy Shakefpeare and his Peasant Companion, Francis, Yes and Also of Anne Hathaway (also a Woman) Who Tried Very Hard,” a new comedy by Talene Monahon. Key West audiences will be treated to an early glimpse of the work starring Urie, well known from his TV, film & Broadway roles, along with a group of New York-based performers that include Ryan Spahn & Ms. Monahon. Urie is currently starring in Netflix’s #1 holiday film for 2021, Single All the Way as well as Todd Stephen’s Swan Song.
